RMRS偏心连通技术在煤层气水平远端对接井中的应用研究

Study on Application of RMRS Eccentric Communicating Technology in CBM Horizontally- Remote intersected Well

摘要: 针对目前水平井与直井连通时,出现洞穴坍塌、连通过正,造成产气通道堵塞,影响捞砂、下泵、修井等后续作业等难题。提出利用6刀翼锻铣工具对造穴井段玻璃钢套管锻铣,利用ZXQ-145扩眼工具造穴,洞穴规则,不易坍塌|连通前后严格控制钻时,避免由于井底压力波动、钻具震动等因素对洞穴煤层扰动,造成洞穴坍塌|通过偏心连通理论分析,依据施工实践,优选钻进参数、计算偏移量、控制井眼轨迹等,有效消除仪器误差|利用近钻头旋转电磁测距导向技术,在沁水盆地潘庄区块郭南村附近,实施了一组U型远端对接井,两井井口间距离764m,在井深1099.37m处实现偏心连通。该技术是对煤层气水平井连通工艺的进一步完善。

Abstract: According to cave collapses and passes straight through When the horizontal well and the vertical well is connected,which will block the gas production channel and will affect subsequent operations such as sand bailer, lower pump and workover, etc. The cave is rules,and not easy to collapse with 6 blade forging and milling tools and zxq-145 reaming tool; Drilling time is strictly controlled before and after connection, in order to avoid the caving caused by the disturbance of coal seam caused by bottom hole pressure fluctuation and drill string vibration. By eccentric connected theory analysis, on the basis of construction practice, optimizing drilling parameters, calculating the offset, borehole trajectory control, which effectively eliminate instrument error;There is implemented A set of CBM Horizontally- Remote intersected Well in Panzhuang block by near-bit rotating electromagnetic ranging guidance technology. The distance between the wellheads of the two Wells is 764m, and the eccentric connection is realized at the depth of 1099.37m. This technology is the further improvement of the horizontal well communication technology of coalbed methane.
