电厂烟气注入采空区防灭火技术的研究进展

Research status and future prospect of power plant flue gas sealed into goaf

摘要:

煤自燃是矿井主要灾害之一, 煤自燃灾害会造成能源浪费、环境污染等诸多问题。电厂烟气中CO2 等惰性气体含量达80%以上, 氧含量在10%以下, 将电厂烟气注入井下采空区既能封存CO2 等气体, 又能防治采空区遗煤自燃。文章首先从低氧浓度和煤吸附的角度论述了电厂烟气注入采空区防治遗煤自燃的可行性。然后, 阐明了电厂烟气采空区封存的优势及技术路线。最后, 对电厂烟气注入采空区防灭火技术的发展方向进行展望, 认为利用电厂烟气封存采空区具有可行性且前景可观, 但气体监测与堵漏防漏方面仍需完善, 今后的研究重点在于烟气的远距离输送与封存。

Abstract:

Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the main disasters in mine, which will cause many problems such as energy waste. Coal fired power plants are the main source of CO2 concentrated emission. The content of inert gas in flue gas of power plant is over 80%, and the content of oxygen is below 10%. Injecting flue gas of power plant into underground goaf can not only seal CO2 and other gases, but also prevent spontaneous combustion of coal left in goaf. Firstly, the feasibility of injecting flue gas of power plant into goaf to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal is summarized from the aspects of low oxygen concentration and coal adsorption. Secondly, the advantages and technical route of sealing goaf by flue gas of power plant are expounded. Finally, the development of fire prevention and extinguishing technology by injecting flue gas of power plant into goaf is prospected. It is considered that it is feasible and promising to seal goaf with flue gas of power plant, but gas monitoring and leakage prevention still need to be improved. Future research focuses on the long-distance transportation and storage of flue gas. This technology is expected to help China achieve the goal of carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060 early.
