浅埋煤层工作面长度确定及覆岩稳定性研究

Study on determination of mining face length and overburden stability control in shallow coal seam

摘要:

为了研究浅埋煤层不同工作面长度时覆岩的运动规律, 以石圪台煤矿22306工作面为工程背景, 通过理论分析研究了工作面长度与覆岩压力拱高度的关系, 基于数值模拟计算了不同工作面长度时覆岩的塑性破坏范围, 综合理论分析和数值计算结果确定了合理工作面长度, 并通过现场应用对研究结果的可靠性进行了验证。结果表明: 一定范围内, 工作面长度越大, 覆岩压力拱高度越大; 覆岩塑性破坏范围与工作面长度正相关, 但当工作面长度增加到一定范围后, 塑性区发展速度趋于平缓; 综合理论分析和数值模拟确定22306工作面的合理工作面长度为290m; 现场监测液压支架工作阻力和巷道围岩变形结果表明, 290m工作面长度能充分保证22306工作面安全开采以及覆岩稳定性。

Abstract:

In order to explore the movement law of overburden in shallow coal seam with different mining face lengths, the 22306 face of Shigetai Coal Mine is studied as the engineering background. The relationship between the mining face lengths and the overburden pressure arch height is studied through theoretical analysis. The plastic failure range of overburden under different mining face lengths is calculated based on numerical simulation. The reasonable mining face length is determined by combining the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation results, and the reliability of the research results is verified with the field industrial test. The results show that the longer the mining face is, the higher the overburden pressure arch height is. When the buried depth of the mining face is less than twice the pressure arch height, a stable pressure arch cannot be formed in the overburden. The plastic failure range of overburden is positively correlated with the length of mining face, but when the length of mining face increases to a certain range, the development speed of plastic zone is gentle. The results of on-site hydraulic support working resistance monitoring and tunnel surrounding rock deformation observation show that the length of 290m mining face can fully ensure the safe mining of 22306 mining face.
