大采高大断面沿空巷道围岩控制技术研究

摘要: 针对大采高、大断面沿空巷道变形大及难以控制问题,以红庆河煤矿3402工作面为背景,建立沿空掘巷顶板岩梁力学模型,采用理论计算推导出采空区侧向基本顶破断位置计算公式,得出3402工作面侧向基本顶位于煤壁内3~3.5m处破断,利用FLAC3D模拟软件分析沿空巷道不同煤柱宽度、不同工作面采高、不同巷道跨度的巷道应力特征,揭示了大采高沿空掘巷围岩变形破坏机理。结果表明:煤柱小于等于6m时煤柱峰值承载应力相对较小,工作面采高增加煤柱内稳定承载区域逐渐收缩减小,巷道跨度增加顶底板偏应力低值区范围扩大,顶板稳定性降低,根据深部大采高大断面沿空巷道应力分布特征,确定了煤柱宽度为6m,通过实施支护优化方案,取得了较好的现场效果。

Abstract: In view of the large deformation and difficult to control of the gob roadway with large mining section, taking the 3402 working face of Hongqinghe coal mine as the research background, the calculation formula of the lateral basic roof breaking position of the gob is deduced by theoretical calculation. It is concluded that the lateral basic roof of 3402 working face is broken at 3 ~ 3.5m in the coal wall. FLAC3D simulation software is used to analyze the different coal pillar width and mining height of different working faces along the gob roadway, The results show that the peak bearing stress of coal pillar is relatively small when the coal pillar is less than or equal to 6m, the mining height of the working face increases, the stable bearing area in the coal pillar gradually shrinks and decreases, the roadway span increases, the range of low value area of partial stress of roof and floor expands, and the stability of roof decreases. According to the stress distribution characteristics of high section goaf roadway in deep large mining, The width of coal pillar is determined to be 6m. Through the implementation of support optimization scheme, good field effect is achieved.
