顺层钻孔施工“三防”装置研究及应用

Research and application of tri-proofing devices for bedding drilling construction

摘要:

高瓦斯以及具有煤与瓦斯突出危险的矿井主要通过施工各种类型的瓦斯钻孔来降低煤层瓦斯浓度或者消除突出危险。但是钻孔施工过程中会从钻孔中涌出大量的煤渣和瓦斯,且钻孔摩擦有着火的风险,严重威胁到作业地点施工人员的安全。为了避免钻孔施工过程中的瓦斯、煤尘和火灾问题,自主研发了一套CBS-2型三防装置,该装置主要由封孔套管、气渣分离箱、二次气尘分离箱、控制阀以及防喷除尘毛刷等部件组成。通过现场应用,该装置的应用实际降低巷道瓦斯浓度77.8%,降低孔口瓦斯浓度97.4%,降尘幅度达90%以上。该装置满足矿井普通顺层钻孔钻进施工中灾害防治需求,提高了矿井井下钻孔施工过程防瓦斯异常、防尘以及阻火能力。整个装置的所有控制都采用气动阀门控制,可以快速提高瓦斯排放效率,也为后期的电动自动控制改进奠定了基础。

Abstract:

High gas and coal and gas protrusion risk mines mainly use various types of gas boreholes to reduce coal seam gas concentration or eliminate protrusion risk. However, during the drilling process, a large amount of cinder and gas will gush out from the borehole, and there is a risk of frictional ignition, which seriously threatens the safety of the workers at the work site. In order to avoid gas, coal dust, and fire hazards during drilling, we developed a CBS-2 type triple prevention device, which is mainly composed of sealing casing, cinder separation box, secondary gas and dust separation box, control valve and anti-jet and dust removal brush, etc. Through on-site application, the actual gas concentration in the roadway is reduced by 77.8%, the gas concentration at the orifice is reduced by 97.4%, and the dust reduction amplitude is over 90%. The device meets the requirements of disaster prevention and control in the drilling construction of ordinary down-hole mine, improves the ability to prevent gas abnormalities, dust and fire during the construction of underground mine drill holes. All controls of the whole device are controlled by pneumatic valves, which can quickly improve the efficiency of gas discharge and also lay the foundation for the improvement of electric automatic control at a later stage.
