Selection and application of fully mechanized mining equipment under complex coal seam conditions

Abstract: Aiming at the concepts of precise mining and reducing waste of resources of Russian coal mines, a combination of on-site investigation and industrial design was used to conduct research on equipment selection for the fully mechanized coal mining face of the Russia Nanfang mine,which under the condition that the coal seam fluctuation frequently, tends to fluctuate, and the dip angle changes greatly. The results show that the scraper head and tail "short chute" are used to reduce the vertical bending curvature radius between the chute, speed up the vertical bending rate, shorten the length of the bending section,and better achieve the cross side unloading method of inclined working surfaces and it tends to cause problems such as the bottom of the head and the top of the tail being too large due to the large curvature radius of the vertical bending of the conveyor head and tail. The results show that the scraper head and tail "short chute" are used to reduce the vertical bending curvature radius between the chute, speed up the vertical bending rate, shorten the length of the bending section, and better achieve the cross side unloading method of inclined working surfaces and solved the problems of such as broken head and excessive tail break due to the large curvature radius of the vertical bending of the conveyor head and tail.Utilizing the technology of the attitude correction cylinder between the hydraulic support and the central groove to accurately control the tilting angle and supporting relationship, to ensure that the tilting angle of the central groove can be accurately controlled within the range of ± 5 °,which effectively prevent the problems of "slipping" and "bottoming" of the conveyor caused by more frequent undulations. It improves the work efficiency and reduces the waste rate.
