Abstract: Abstract:Aiming at the occurrence conditions of extra-thick and soft-top coal, the reasonable working face parameters, processes and equipment were determined through numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, and the automatic design of the working face was carried out. The results show that: the average coal thickness is 11m, and the soft coal seam adopts the mining height of 3.5m, one mining and one caving, and multiple rounds of interval caving can achieve optimal coal wall stability control and top coal recovery rate; reasonable equipment selection can increase the special thickness Reliability of roof control and transportation of soft coal fully mechanized sublevel caving; integrated supporting systems such as automatic coal placement system based on memory + manual mode, comprehensive monitoring and support system for support quality of hydraulic support, intelligent spray dust reduction system, etc. Efficient, safe and efficient automated production.
