Study on the law of pressure relief by hydraulic fracturing of dynamic pressure roadway

Abstract: To reduce the amount of small roadway excavation and relieve the tension of mining replacement, one or two roadways in a working face with multi-roadway preparation will be remained for utilizing in the next working face. Under the influence of strong mining, the coal pillar is suspended by the side roof of the goaf, which is difficult to collapse, resulting in large variable of the reserved roadway and difficult to control. In order to solve this problem, the hydraulic fracturing and pressure relief technology is put forward, and the seepage stress damage coupling mathematical model of water movement, rock deformation and failure in rock stratum is constructed. Based on the research background of the working face Ⅲ 4321 in Changping Coal Mine, the whole process of hydraulic fracturing and roof cutting and pressure relief is numerically simulated. The elastic modulus, damage field and stress field distribution of coal seam in hydraulic fracturing and mining are studied, and the roof cutting and pressure relief effect of hydraulic fracturing is numerically analyzed. According to this, the field application of hydraulic fracturing and roof cutting and pressure relief in the dynamic pressure roadway is carried out. The practice shows that after the hydraulic fracturing measures are taken, the maximum displacement of the two sides and the displacement of the roof and floor in the mining process of Ⅲ 43212 roadway are greatly reduced. The deformation control effect of the roadway surrounding rock is good.
