Study on Mine Strata Behavior Law of Half Island Face of Super-Wide Fully Mechanized Top-Coal Caving

Abstract: Based on the condition of N3-3 super-wide fully mechanized top-coal caving half island face in Changcun coal mine of Lu’an Mining Group, the setting load and working resistance of hydraulic powered support were continuously recorded by the mine pressure monitoring system of KJ327. The circle change rule of hydraulic supporting resistance and the tilt direction pressure distribution characteristic on trend of fully mechanized top-coal caving face were analyzed. The results showed that some particular weighting characteristics in super-wide fully mechanized top-coal caving half island face, such as 1) obvious subsection weighting and periodic weighting, 2) the entity coal side island, central, and lateral pressure increasing state and the key point of top management were appeared relatively peaks about 50 meters away from two consecutive in the trend direction of the working face, 3) the transportation tunnel in the island side of surrounding rock deformation is obvious, especially into the range of 15 meters away from coal wall.
