Surrounding rock failure characteristics and asymmetric support control technology of narrow coal pillar roadway along goaf

Abstract: 605 working face of a mine roadway with 10m narrow coal pillar along gob, while maintaining the original support form unchanged on the basis of the phenomenon of roof collapse, collapse pressure help, support damage prone to strong mine roadway excavation process, the roadway leading not safe. In 605 driftway as the research object, analyzes the mechanism of deformation and failure of the site investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and underground test means that the basic roof fracture in 6.5m coal pillar, and the key block B of basic roof in rotary roadway roof sinking motion is presented asymmetric deformation and horizontal shear and the coal pillar lost root cause failure. Combined with the geological condition proposed asymmetric multi - channel steel reinforced composite beam cable supporting scheme, field practice shows that the asymmetric support technology of surrounding rock of driftway maintain relatively stable state.
