Abstract: In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by dust in mine, By orthogonal experiment, the dust removal mecha-nism of vibration fiber grid and high-pressure spray of vibration exciter was studied. The effects of vibration frequency, fiber filling rate, spray amount, wind speed and other factors on the dust removal efficiency and purification resistance of vibration fiber grid of vibration exciter were analyzed by orthogonal experiment, and the optimal parameters of vibration fiber grid of vibration exciter were determined by experiment. The wireless infrared automatic control system is designed, and the automatic control dust removal technology of vibra-tion fiber grid of vibration exciter based on high-pressure spray is developed. Experiments show that the continuous operation of the vibrating fiber grating system of the exciter has a dust removal efficiency of over 93%.
