Abstract:

In response to the unclear situation of residual resources in the goaf of the Daqiao mine and the difficulty of safe and efficient recovery, this paper studied the adaptability of longwall fully mechanized mining of residual resources in the goaf of the Daqiao mine. The strength size effect of a single cutting column was analyzed, and a mechanical model of the coal column group roof system in the goaf was constructed. The stability of the entire coal column group roof system in the goaf of the Daqiao mine was studied; Based on the detection and analysis of coal seam characteristics, it is believed that the top of the double mining face in the goaf of the cutter column is a loose structure, and the basic top is a block structure. The interaction relationship between the support and the surrounding rock belongs to the given load state. A calculation model for the support strength under the action of the block loose roof is constructed; On site mining verification shows that the working resistance of the support meets the needs of mining, which is consistent with theoretical calculations. The mining pressure is controllable, and the gas emission is within a safe range. The resource recovery rate of the working face has reached 93.4%, verifying its rationality and scientificity.
