Abstract:

Fire hazard of working face under the coexist hazards of spontaneous combustion and gas is a composite disaster caused by the multi-field coupling. The key measures to eliminate this hazards is to narrow the scope of various physical fields and to make their intersection empty. For 10416 fully mechanized caving face of Shaanxi some coal mine, the fire prevention and extinguishing technology system composed of gas extraction, filling foam, injection of liquid carbon dioxide and filling organic solidified foam was established. Through these measures, the volume fraction of CH4 was less than 0.5 % and CO is not higher than 0.0024 % in upper corner, CH4 was less than 0.1 % and CO is not higher than 0.0003% in the return air, and oxygen concentration was maintained below 10 % in goaf after 20 m in depth.
