Abstract: In order to analyze the occurrence regularity and characteristics of coal mine accidents in China, according to the statistics of coal mine accidents from 2013 to 2017, the occurrence regularity and characteristics of coal mine accidents in China in the past five years were revealed through the number of coal mine accidents, the number of deaths histogram, scatter plot, radar plot and the occurrence of various coal mine accidents. Therefore, the frequency of accidents and transportation accidents is high, accounting for 56.55% of the number of coal mine accidents; the roof accident rate is the highest, 2.23 times of the transport accident, 3.49 times of the gas accident, accounting for the main part of coal mine accidents, easily overlooked other accidents have a rebound trend; gas, roof, mechanical and electrical accident mortality is high, accounting for about coal mine accident death. 70% of the total number of deaths, gas accidents have a wide range of impact, accounting for the main part of the number of deaths in coal mine accidents, is 2.4 times the number of deaths in roof accidents; with the number of gas, roof and mechanical and electrical accidents decreased, the number of deaths in accidents also decreased accordingly. Gas accidents are sprinkled in a wide range, the number of fatalities in a single accident is more, with an average of 5.22 deaths in each accident, and 1.32 deaths in each roof accident, with an average of 1 deaths in each accident. In-depth analysis of the causes of coal mine accidents in China, and put forward effective prevention and control measures, coal mine safety management to provide a strong support.

Application and development of grouting transformation strata by directional drilling technology in coal mines in China

Grouting is the important measure of reinforcing soft rock and plugging water-containing strata, directional drilling grouting technology China's coal mine has been used for nearly 40 years in coal mines in China. Firstly, two main forms of grouting by directional drilling technology are introduced in Chinese coal mines in the paper, namely s-shaped small displacement directional borehole used in pre-grouting for vertical shaft and L-shaped extended-reach directional borehole used in grouting transformation for large area formation(it includes the conventional horizontal directional drilling grouting from ground surface, the horizontal directional drilling grouting from ground surface in which part of existing geological borehole is used, the horizontal directional drilling grouting in underground roadways), the depth of pre-grouting for vertical shaft by s-shaped directional borehole and the horizontal displacement length of ground directional borehole for grouting deep strata have all exceeded 1000m; secondly, the author indicates that directional drilling grouting technology is facing a lot of questions, such as grouting theory, process and equipment, inspection and evaluation of the grouting effect, and so on, with the continuous development of coal mining to the deep extension and the scale of a single face continues to increase; thirdly, the author indicates that researchers should strengthen the research on simulation test system for grouting rock under flowing water conditions and grouting simulation test, detection method on grouting effect of deep strata and spread regularity of grout(especially, grouting by horizontal drilling method), detection on grouting effect, find out the main influencing factors of grout diffusion in deep strata, so the law of grout diffusion can be revealed. This paper can provide reference for the program development of grouting deep strata in coal mine, and also points out the research directions of directional grouting technology.

Abstract:By systematically studying SOA theory system and J2EE key technology, this paper analyzes the present situation of supplies purchasing in Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group Co,.Ltd. And then based on the actual requirement, this article tries to combine the design of web service and SOA theory system to build the e-commerce purchasing platform of Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group Co,.Ltd (Purchasing platform for short). According to the construction, implementation, and effect of the purchasing platform, this article tries to explain one fact. The fact is that the management practices of “internet + material supply” helps the group save purchase fund as much as 6.3 billion in the “quality, efficiency, out of difficulty, transition” context. The application of purchasing platform has many advantages, such as promoting management innovation, optimizing purchasing process, reducing purchase cost, saving purchase fund, and then realize sunlight procurement. We hope we can provide valuable experiences for the large-scaled group corporation on the “internet + material supply”.

The paper analyzed the coal mines accident in resent ten years according to the year safety situation report and coal mine accident material get from the accident inquiry system of the State Administration of Production Safety Supervision and Management. The paper analyze the coal mines accident for different categories, including the year of accident happened, the area of accident happened, the economic types of the coal mine enterprise. To understand the accident situation and features from all aspects and to sum up the coal mine accident happened rule, analysis the reason of these coal mine accidents, puts forward the measures to prevent and reduce the coal mine accidents.

The coal bunker is the key part of the continuous transportation system of coal mine. In order to improve its service life and reduce the shutdown maintenance time, the wall structure and closing position of the lower entrance of the coal bunker are improved, which not only improves the impact resistance of the wall, but also make sure the safty of workers and equipments when loading room has been brokendown. In order to ensure the normal use of the air gun, according to the flow characteristics of the coal flow in the bin and the production experience, the layout and protection mode of the air gun are improved, and solve the problem that the air gun shutdown when its broken. Through continuous improve design of coal bunker, it has been proved that the structure is reasonable, safe and reliable, and the maintenance period is prolonged after years of use, which has guiding significance for coal bunker design.

The capacitive current of long cable line can cause a bigger loss of power,a lower power factor and the disconnecting switch cann’t cut and close the unloaded line and so on. On the basis of power flow method for cable line, we get the conclusiont that the reason for these problems is the excessive capacitive reactive power that produced by the excessive capacitive current of unloaded or light-loaded cable. when the capacitive current of unload line exceed 5A, the method to limite the capacitive current by shunt reactor that installed on line side of circuit breaker. when the capacitive current of unload line less than 5A ,but the capacitive reactive power transmit to power system when the line run in light-load, the method to limite capacitive current by shunt reactor that installed on high voltage bus or SVG that installed on Transformer Low Voltage Side.w to use the shunt reactor or SVG to limite the capacitive current.

Aiming at the optimization design of mine area prevention and control of rock burst in cooperative mining of double coal seams, based on the specific engineering conditions of Taohutu Coal mine in Nalin He Mining area, The analysis shows that there are some problems in the current mining design scheme of the mine, such as unreasonable selection of protective layer, wrong opening or stop-mining line, some areas are located outside the protection range, loss of triangular coal, adverse recovery of protective coal pillar in the late main roadway and too concentrated mining in the early stage of the mine. In view of the above problems, from the perspective of rock burst prevention and control, this paper puts forward the priority mining of 2-2 coal seam as the protection layer of 3-1 coal, makes adjustments to the layout of roadway and working face, and gives the optimization design scheme of cooperative mining of single wing and double wing coal seam, which can effectively avoid the problems existing in the current mining design scheme. Based on mine geology and mining technical conditions, combined with relevant standards and specifications, the reasonable fault distance and lag distance of cooperative mining of two coal seams in mine are calculated: the reasonable dip fault distance is 30 m, the strike fault distance is 47 m, and the working face of 3-1 coal seam should lag behind the working face of 2-2 coal seam 1200 m.

In this paper, by semi-continuous system application and the analysis of fault, it’s given a random selection repairman model，and establish the database, and proposes to strengthen the system of semi-continuous state of maintenance, by increasing the self-shift crusher semi-continuous mining system reliability, the ability to improve yields, to meet the open-pit mine's production needs.

Abstract: The China’s energy structure dominated by coal has severely hampered the development of low-carbon economy. A great many of experts and scholars do a lot of studies on optimization of China’s energy structure. In that context, Temporal distribution characteristics of papers and progress of energy structure are analyzed. The progress of energy structure is reviewed from the aspect of characteristics of energy structure, influence factors, optimization model and countermeasures. Then the research directions in the future are forecasted to guide the energy structure research. The results are follows. ①Research on optimization of China’s energy structure is at the initial stage and in a stage of rapid development after 2004. The quality and quantity of papers are improved significantly in the later stage. ②Characteristics of energy structure include dominant position of coal, high outer dependency for oil, low energy efficiency, backward energy technique, distortions in the prices of energy and low resources disposition efficiency. ③Influence factors include energy price, resource endowment structure, economic development, population, industrial structure and energy consumption. ④Study on energy structure transformation path optimization and energy structure evaluation system in the future is of great significance.

Based on the design of a steel structure with a length of 70m and a span of 45m，this paper discusses the three aspects of architectural design，structure design and foundation design of coal storage shed in Shanxi xiang ning.The architectural design introduces the features of the coal storage shed，the retaining wall and the wall enclosure，the lighting setting and roof drainage，safe evacuation and fire prevention；through the calculation and analysis of single truss steel frame，the specification of steel frame column and steel roof frame is determined，by setting roof truss support，inter-column support and wind column，the coal shed has formed a spatial integral structure；the foundation design reduces the difficulty of construction by adopting the treatment plan of pile foundation and socket，and avoids the water culvert in the field.The design of this coal shed will provide reference for similar projects.

This paper reviews the role, structural characteristics and operating environment of JOY10SC32-48B shuttle car in short-wall mechanized coal mining, introduces two common typical faults of oil pump motor which can not start and walking motor which can not drive electricity in the process of using the equipment, and expounds the corresponding system control circuit combined with product maintenance and maintenance respectively. In this paper, the causes and judging methods, treatment methods and matters needing attention of the faults are analyzed in detail, and the reduction of the fault rate of the electrical system is studied. It is necessary to strengthen the routine inspection of the equipment, improve the quality and assembly process standards of the components, improve the performance test of the components and the whole equipment, and formulate the monitoring, monitoring and control of the actual working conditions. Coal mine production is one of the major economic pillars in China. However, coal mine accidents occur from time to time, causing serious losses to the country and the people. In this paper, the trajectory cross model is proposed to analyze the major and above accidents occurring in coal mines from 2014 to 2016. Trajectory crossover accident pattern indicates that accidents are caused by the unsafe behavior of human beings and the insecurity of objects (equipment, environment) in time and space. Based on this theory, the causes of gas explosion accidents, gas outbursts, flood accidents and roof accidents have been analyzed respectively and measures and recommendations have been proposed from three aspects of people's unsafe behavior, unsafe status of objects, and the intersection of the two trajectories to prevent the occurring of coal mine accidents.

Abstract: In order to study the effect of high pressure jet grouting anchor rope application in the soft soil layer, combined with practical engineering, we has chosen three different length of jet grouting anchor cable and 1 common anchor cable tension anchor cable with long size on-site experiment, and analyzed the result of the test. The study found that high pressure jet grouting anchor cable has greatly increased the pulling force and resistance to deformation resistance of anchor cable. Test is of great realistic significance for the promotion of the anchor cable in engineering application.

The raise boring has the advantages of high mechanization, fast construction speed and good safety. When using the raise boring construction to replace the ventilation shaft in the mining area, the existing roadway and production system in the underground mine can be fully utilized. The mechanical rock breaking phase has lower disturbance intensity than the blasting rock, and the shaft support stability is good. It is conducive to the protection of the environment after mining and closed pits. The formation conditions are one of the important factors that determine whether the large diameter raise boring construction is going smoothly. According to the geological conditions of the proposed ventilating shaft and the design requirements of the shaftbore. Specific raise boring equipment and related parameters were determined. Technical difficulties in the construction of raise boring through special strata are proposed. The key technologies for the construction of the raise boring foundation platform and the use of pre-grouting technology to reinforce unstable formations are given. Through the implementation of ventilation and cooling technology, the raise boring has successfully passed through the gas-bearing coal seam. It provides a ref-erence for the construction of reverse shaft drilling to replace the ventilation shaft in the mining area.

This paper introduces the present situation of application and popularization of the dragline stripping technology in open pit mines in China, discusses the problems existing in the application of dragline stripping technology in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine, and objectively quantified the gap between domestic and foreign countries in optimization design, production organization management, maintenance and repair, information level and other aspects. It is concluded that the main problems at present are: the design of dragline stripping technology is unreasonable, the level of equipment maintenance and management ability are backward compared with foreign countries. According to the comparative analysis of mining conditions in domestic and foreign countries, it is proposed to replace the current full-line mining plan with partition mining plan. Three inclined roadways below main level-panel assisted system, panel assisted transportation system and panel belt system-in Xinyuan coalmine lies between coalface 310101 and 301201. They will be dig southwardly from 3# coal seam to 15# coal seam with altitude from +490m to +390m. The aquifers in course of digging are Shanxi team sandstone aquifer K7, upper member Taiyuan Formation aquifer K6、K5, middle member Taiyuan Formation aquifer K4、K3、K2～K2下 from up to down. These aquifer are confined and there is especially water abundance aquifer K2～K2下 with max head of pressure 2.6MPa, single hole water inflow 30m3/h. Thesis taking panel belt system for example design logical scheme of detection and draining water according to actually condition through 3 parameters decision below: ①safe thickness of declined roadway floor,②plastic breakage thickness of roadway wall rock,③estimate water inflow of roadway.

Abstract：In order to save coal mine gas measuring time of extraction radius and rational arrangement of drilling in the underground mine, according to gas control of Gas outburst seam, the necessity and importance of the rational arrangement of effective extraction radius , this paper presents the numerical methods which can use variable coefficient nonlinear gas flow equation to get determination of gas drainage radius quickly and accurately.Take the Chongqing Tianfu Third mine for example, combined with field measurement, laboratory parameters measurement and theoretical calculations, studied different ways of the drilling layout (bedding drilling, wear layer drilling) of the effective drilling radius. The results show that this method can determine the hole spacing and extraction time easily and quickly, have practical significance. to save time of the determination of the drilling radius and ational arrangement of drilling.
