定向钻孔技术在我国煤矿地层注浆改造中的应用及发展

Application and development of grouting transformation strata by directional drilling technology in coal mines in China

摘要: 首先介绍了我国煤矿定向注浆的两种主要方式,即:小位移的 “S”形定向钻孔井筒地面预注浆、大位移的“L”形定向钻孔地层大面积注浆(包括地面常规水平定向钻孔注浆、利用已有地质钻孔的地面水平定向钻孔注浆和井下水平定向钻孔注浆),实现了煤矿立井井筒地面“S”形定向钻孔深度与地面“L”形定向钻孔水平位移均超过1000m的岩层注浆改造。其次,指出随着煤矿开采不断向深部延伸与单个工作面规模的不断增加,定向钻孔注浆技术面临的理论、工艺与装备、效果检查与评价等问题。最后,指出应加强室内动水岩层注浆模拟试验台研制与注浆模拟实验研究、深部地层注浆效果探测方法与受注地层浆液扩散规律(尤其是水平定向钻孔注浆)研究、注浆效果的探测,找出影响深部地层浆液扩散的主要因素,揭示浆液扩散的规律。可为煤矿深部地层注浆方案的制定提供参考,也为定向注浆技术的研究指出了方向。

Abstract: Grouting is the important measure of reinforcing soft rock and plugging water-containing strata, directional drilling grouting technology China's coal mine has been used for nearly 40 years in coal mines in China. Firstly, two main forms of grouting by directional drilling technology are introduced in Chinese coal mines in the paper, namely s-shaped small displacement directional borehole used in pre-grouting for vertical shaft and L-shaped extended-reach directional borehole used in grouting transformation for large area formation(it includes the conventional horizontal directional drilling grouting from ground surface, the horizontal directional drilling grouting from ground surface in which part of existing geological borehole is used, the horizontal directional drilling grouting in underground roadways), the depth of pre-grouting for vertical shaft by s-shaped directional borehole and the horizontal displacement length of ground directional borehole for grouting deep strata have all exceeded 1000m; secondly, the author indicates that directional drilling grouting technology is facing a lot of questions, such as grouting theory, process and equipment, inspection and evaluation of the grouting effect, and so on, with the continuous development of coal mining to the deep extension and the scale of a single face continues to increase; thirdly, the author indicates that researchers should strengthen the research on simulation test system for grouting rock under flowing water conditions and grouting simulation test, detection method on grouting effect of deep strata and spread regularity of grout(especially, grouting by horizontal drilling method), detection on grouting effect, find out the main influencing factors of grout diffusion in deep strata, so the law of grout diffusion can be revealed. This paper can provide reference for the program development of grouting deep strata in coal mine, and also points out the research directions of directional grouting technology.
