竖井煤矿新型防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车设计及应用

Design and application of new explosion-proof diesel engine trackless rubber wheel vehicle in shaft coal mine

摘要: 为提升晋煤集团赵庄煤业公司和山东新矿集团新巨龙公司竖井辅助运输的效率,设计开发了新型防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车,该车体积载荷比小,货厢容积大,主要用于井下普通物料和设备的运输。从总体方案设计、防爆柴油机设计、传动系统匹配设计、车架设计和自卸货厢及举升装置设计等方面论述了整车设计要点及关键技术,使用表明该车完全适合矿井的无轨辅助运输工艺,具有运行速度快、运输效率高和低污染的突出优点。

Abstract: In order to promote efficient of auxiliary transportation of shafts of Shanxi Coal Group Zhaozhuang Coal Company and Shandong Xinkuang Group Xinjulong Company, new explosion-proof diesel engine trackless rubber wheel vehicle was designed and developed. The ratio between volume and load of the vehicle is small, and the cargo volume is large. The vehicle is mainly used for the transportation of underground ordinary materials and equipment. Discusses the main points of design and key technologies of the vehicle from overall plan design,design of explosion-proof diesel engine system,matching design of transmission system,frame design,design of large load-bearing dump box and lifting device. The usage indicates that the whole vehicle is completely suitable for the mine,which has outstanding advantages of high operation speed, high transport efficiency, as well as excellent energy conservation and emission reduction.
