大型烧变岩帷幕预注浆工程的即时检验技术

Immediate Inspection Technology of Large-Scale Burnt Rock Curtain Pre-grouting Project

摘要: 为了研究张家峁煤矿4-2煤烧变岩帷幕预注浆工程的效果即时检验方法,评价了钻孔注浆结束标准,分析了帷幕注浆对帷幕带和火烧区的影响,根据烧变岩裂隙发育特征和帷幕工程特点,提出了从“一带两区”的帷幕带烧变岩受注介质变化和帷幕内外水文地质单元差异两个方面进行检验,烧变岩受注介质变化可通过钻探揭露和注浆反馈进行分析,帷幕内外水文地质单元差异可通过帷幕内外钻孔水位和泉流变化进行对比。工程实践证明,以上即时检验方法思路正确,结论可靠。

Abstract: In order to study the method of immediate inspection on the effect of pre-grouting engineering of 4-2 coal burnt rock curtain in Zhangjiaomao Coal Mine, this paper evaluates the existing single hole grouting end standard, and analyzes the influence of curtain grouting on the curtain belt and burnt area. According to the characteristics of fracture development and curtain engineering, it is proposed to examine the variation of the injected medium and the difference of hydrogeological units inside and outside the curtain from two aspects of one band and two zones. . The variation of injected medium can be analyzed by drilling and grouting feedback, and the difference of hydrogeological units inside and outside the curtain can be compared by the variation of water level and spring flow inside and outside the curtain. Engineering practice proves that the above instant inspection methods are considered. The road is correct and the conclusion is reliable.
