矿井末采期工作面高位钻孔优化技术研究

Research on the Optimization Technology of high level borehole in high gas face in low gas mine

摘要: 为了降低矿井末采期“U”型通风工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度,提高回采工作面的抽采效率,以矿井15#煤层1306末采阶段工作面的高位钻孔为研究对象,理论计算了影响高位钻孔抽采的关键工艺参数,分别从高位钻孔的有效长度及其利用率、钻场合理间距和数量等方面对高位钻孔的工艺参数进行分析计算|利用COMSOL软件数值模拟了抽采时间和抽采负压对高位钻孔抽采效果的影响,最终对高位钻孔参数进行了优化。现场实践表明,末采阶段XV1306回采工作面高位钻孔和钻场经过优化后,U型通风采煤工作面的瓦斯抽采效率和能力得到提高,上隅角的瓦斯浓度有所降低,现场瓦斯治理效果显著,从而保障了工作面的安全高效回采。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to reduce the low gas coal mine gas “U” type ventilation in upper corner gas concentration, improve the extraction efficiency of the coal mining face in Fenghuang-shan mine 15# coal seam XV1306, high drilling working face as the research object, theoretical calculation of influence of key technological parameters of drilling drainage, respectively from the effective length and high drilling the utilization rate of drilling parameters, the two aspects of reasonable spacing and the number of boreholes are calculated and simulated numerically using COMSOL software extraction time and extraction effect of negative pressure recovery effect of high drilling of high drilling parameters were optimized. The practice shows that XV1306 high gas coalface high drilling and drilling field after optimization, production efficiency and improved pumping type “U” gas ventilation of coal face, the upper corner gas concentration decreased, the effect of gas field significantly, thus ensuring the safe and efficient mining.
