普通钻孔智能设计系统研究与应用

摘要: 为了更好地反映煤矿抽采设计思想和清楚表达抽采工程与岩层之间的相关关系,研究了顺层和穿层抽采钻孔设计影响因素,建立了基于发散钻孔和平行钻孔两种最基本的钻孔布置方式的钻孔设计方法及模型,并利用GIS平台设计开发了普通钻孔智能设计软件,实现各种要求下抽放钻孔的计算机智能设计,钻孔参数的自动计算,并在七台河新建矿成功应用。结果表明:普通钻孔智能设计系统可以方便快捷的进行顺层或穿层钻孔设计,在满足无抽放盲区、达到控制范围的前提下,钻孔工程量达到最小,有效提高了设计部门的钻孔设计效率。

Abstract: Most coal mine extraction design software uses AutoCad, which has low efficiency and large workload. The graphic design attributes can not reflect the design ideas well and clearly express the correlation between extraction engineering and rock formation. Aiming at this problem, the design method and model including the bedding layer and the layering drilling hole are studied. The GIS platform is used to design and develop the general drilling intelligent design software to realize the computer intelligent design of the drilling and drilling under various requirements. The application in the Xinjian mine shows that the system can carry out the bedding or through-hole drilling design conveniently and quickly. Under the premise of satisfying the no-drain blind zone and reaching the control range, the drilling quantity is minimized, which effectively improves the drilling of the design department.
