Study on the High Efficiency Extraction Technology of Two High and Low Coal seams in Guizhou Mining Area

摘要: 为提高贵州矿区新田煤矿4煤层瓦斯抽采效果,缩短瓦斯治理时间,增加煤层透气性,针对4煤层瓦斯含量高、压力高、透气性低等特点,在新田煤矿1404工作面运输巷底抽巷实施了水力冲孔卸压增透技术,研究了钻冲一体化卸压增透技术的技术原理和装备选型,设计了钻冲一体化卸压抽采方案,现场应用结果表明,钻冲一体化卸压增透技术加快了1404煤巷掘进抽采效率,减少了抽采达标时间,提升了煤巷掘进速度,有效缓解了“抽、掘、采”接替紧张的局面。

Abstract: the hydraulic pressure enhancement technology combined with drilling is an effective technique to improve the permeability of coal seams. Xintian coal mine in Guizhou mining area has the characteristics of high gas content, high pressure, and low gas permeability. For low gas drilling concentration, fast flow attenuation, long management time, and difficulty in management, the problem of efficient gas extraction can not be effectively solved. In order to improve the effect of gas extraction, shorten the gas treatment time and increase the permeability of coal seams, the hydraulic pressure reduction and increase penetration technology was implemented at the bottom of the 1404 transport ditch in the 1404 working surface, accelerating the efficiency of excavation and extraction in the 1404 coal lane, and reducing the time required for pumping and mining. It has improved the speed of coal roadway excavation and effectively eased the tense situation of "pumping, digging, and mining".
