华北油田煤层气水平井钻完井方式优化与应用

Huabei Oilfield CBM drilling Situation and Development Direction

摘要: 为了从根本上解决早期裸眼多分支水平井裸眼段井眼易垮塌、易堵塞、无法疏通作业、无法增产改造等问题,提出了可控水平井设计理念,通过全通径二开井身结构、免钻塞半程固井、稳定井壁低伤害钻井液体系、钻井方式以及完井工艺的优化完善,实现了“井眼可控、利于改造、快速高效、广泛适应”的设计目标,同时,该类井水平段无论上倾还是下倾均可下入无杆泵实现工程井直接排采,无须打排采洞穴井,大幅度节省了钻井投资,同时有利于实现水平井井组工厂化高效开发。华北油田煤层气矿区推广试验70余口,钻井成功率100%,其中套管分段压裂改造钻井和压裂总成本较裸眼多分支井降低45%,产量是裸眼多分支井的1.89倍,整体实现了煤层气低成本高效开发的目标。

Abstract: In order to basically solve the previous problems of the open hole multilateral branched horizontal well, such as collapsing, clogging, having difficulties to dredge, operate and increase production, the theory of controllable horizontal well has been put forward, which is aiming to control the hole, reconstruct easily, operate fast and effectively, and be applied into reality widely, through the improvement of the structure of the second spud well with full bore, non-drilling half range cementing, the drilling fluid stabilization of less damage to the side-wall, drilling methods and completion technology. Meanwhile, whether the horizontal segment of the well is upward sloping or downward sloping, rod pump can be set into the well to drain directly without drilling drainage cavern well, which decrease the drilling investment to a large extent and has a positive effect on factory development of horizontal well groups. Huabei oilfield CBM area has promoted and tested more than 70 wells, guaranteed the drilling successfully rate to be 100%, decreased 45% of the total cost of drilling and draining, compared with open hole multilateral branched well, and increased the production in 1.89 times than open hole multilateral branched well. In conclusion, the Huabei oilfield CBM area has achieved the goals of low cost and effective development.
