膨胀性松散破碎软岩巷道注浆材料研究与应用

Research and Application of Grouting Material for Expansive Loose and Fractured Soft Rock Roadway

摘要: 为提高水泥基注浆材料对膨胀性松散破碎软岩的加固效果,通过实验室实验对XPM纳米灌注剂-水泥基浆材的流动性、固结率及固结体抗压强度进行了研究,确定了注浆材料的适宜配比。结果表明,使用XPM纳米灌注剂可显著减小水用量,减缓离析沉淀,提高流动度,增强泵注性|缩短凝固时间,减小收缩率,提高固化强度等多重作用,为保证注浆施工质量奠定了基础,并在玉溪煤矿井底车场巷道修复加固中进行了成功应用。

Abstract: In order to improve the strengthening effect of cement-based grouting material on expansive loose and broken soft rock. In laboratory, the fluidity, consolidation rate and compressive strength of the grouting material reinforced by XPM nano grouting agent cement anchor grouting were studied.The suitable ratio of the grouting material is found. That is, the dosage of XPM nano perfusion agent is 8% to 10%, and the water cement ratio is 0.5~0.6. The experimental results show that the use of XPM nano perfusion agent can significantly reduce the amount of water, slow down the segregation precipitation, improve fluidity, and enhance the injection rate. It can shorten solidification time, reduce shrinkage rate and improve curing strength. It lays a foundation for ensuring the quality of grouting construction. And it has been successfully applied in the repair and reinforcement of the roadway of the car yard at the bottom of the shaft in Yuxi coal mine.
