氯盐复合阻化剂对不同煤样自燃阻化效果的研究

Study on the Effect of Chlorine Reunite with Salt Inhibitor on Spontaneous Combustion of Different Coal Samples

摘要: 以内蒙古褐煤、大同烟煤、黑龙江无烟煤三种变质程度不同的原煤样和经复合阻化溶液处理过后的煤样为试验对象,通过实验测定与动力学分析,对比复合阻化剂对三种煤样的阻化效果,研究表明,复合阻化剂能够有效抑制大同烟煤的氧化反应,增加煤体的活化能,对其的阻化效果远远高于其他两种煤样。

Abstract: Taking the raw coal samples of Inner Mongolia lignite, Datong bituminous coal and Heilongjiang anthracite with different metamorphic degree and treated with composite inhibitory solution as test objects, the inhibition effects of composite inhibitors on three kinds of coal samples were compared through experimental measurement and dynamic analysis. The results show that the composite inhibitors can effectively inhibit the oxidation reaction of Datong bituminous coal and increase the activation energy of coal body. The inhibition effect is much higher than that of the other two coal samples.
