长焰煤洗选对其热解反应性影响研究

Thermogravimetric analysis of the effect of washing process on the pyrolysis behavior of long flame coal

摘要: 选煤过程导致的矿物质组分及有机质成分变化可影响热解过程和其动力学。研究选用神东煤制油选煤厂原煤R-YL和分选加工后得到的精煤C-YL作为实验样品,基于热重分析技术研究了升温速率为5、10、20K/min条件下的热解行为,结果表明:原煤经洗选得到精煤后,灰分下降的同时也改变了灰的酸碱度,但并没有改变有机组分的主要组成特性|洗选脱灰减少了矿物质含量,降低了其催化活性,使得不同升温速率下初级热解阶段(300~550℃)的精煤热解最大失重速率要比原煤的稍低|而洗选后方解石含量的降低,使其受热分解造成的失重减少,造成不同升温速率下高温热解阶段(550~700℃)的原煤最大失重速率比精煤稍高。此外,通过热解动力学分析,发现低温时R-YL和C-YL的表观活化能E值差异几乎可以忽略,表明洗煤过程不会对化学性质产生很大的改变|高温阶段的表观活化能E受固有矿物热力学性质的影响。

Abstract: Coal preparation/mining can reduce the ineffective or harmful components of raw coal such as ash, sulfur and heavy metals. The resulting changes in mineral and organic components may affect the pyrolysis process and its kinetics, which is rarely reported in the literature. Raw coal from Shendong Coal-to-Liquid Coal Preparation R-YL and clean coal C-YL obtained from coal washing process were conducted pyrolysis experiments in TGA. The temperature was from room temperature to 1100°C, and the heating rate was 5, 10, and 20 K/min. The effects of coal preparation (coal washing) on the pyrolysis behavior of low-rank coal were studied. The results showed that the ash content of raw coal decreased from 9.12 to 4.69 wt.%, and the index of basicity changed from 1.92 (high alkalinity) to 0.68 (acidity). However, the organic components represented by functional groups were not changed a lot. In the primary pyrolysis stage (300~550℃), the maximum weight loss rates Dmax1 of clean coal pyrolysis at different heating rates were slightly lower because the washing reduced the catalytic performance of minerals. In the high-temperature pyrolysis stage (550~700℃), the maximum weight loss rates Dmax2 of raw coal were slightly higher at different heating rates, because most of the calcite removed from coal washing will be heated to decompose to CO2, which increased the weight loss rate.
