垮落带直覆下采煤地面注浆加固顶板钻探技术研究

摘要: 为解决垮落带直覆下采煤面临的破碎顶板问题,提出了地面注浆加固思路,重点对钻探技术进行了系统研究。根据实际地层分布以及钻孔穿过垮落带特点,为确保浆液顺利到达目标层位,设计出了二开结构钻孔并选用了优质低固相膨润土的冲洗液解决孔壁坍塌等事故,同时建立了孔内事故预防措施技术体系。在此基础上,以淮北矿业许疃煤矿7228工作面为工程实例对钻探效果进行了分析。研究结果表明设计的二开结构钻孔有效的保证了钻探的顺利施工,揭露的基岩位置与原有资料基本吻合|基本查明了71煤采空区影响地层范围及裂隙发育特征,同时通过简易水文观测也验证了采空区裂隙加固效果较好。研究成果为地面注浆改造破碎顶板的钻探工程提供了技术保障。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of broken roof in mining under the direct cover of caving zone,the idea of ground grouting reinforcement was put forward, and the drilling technology was studied systematically. According to the actual stratigraphic distribution and the characteristics of drilling through the collapse zone, in order to ensure the slurry to reach the target layer smoothly, the second opening structure drilling hole was designed. The high-quality low solid bentonite flushing fluid was selected to solve the hole wall collapse and other accidents. At the same time, the technical system of accident prevention measures was established. On this basis, taking the 7228 working face of Xutuan coal mine in Huaibei mining industry as an example, the drilling effect was analyzed. The research shows that the designed second opening structure drilling hole effectively guarantees the smooth construction of the drilling, and the exposed bedrock position is basically consistent with the original data. Basically, the strata affected area of 71 coal goaf and characteristics of fracture development have been basically identified. And at the same time, it also proves that the crack reinforcement effect of goaf is good through simple hydrological observation. The research results provide technical support for the drilling project of ground grouting to transform broken roof.
