预掘通道切顶卸压安全快速回撤技术及应用

摘要: 范家村煤矿2119综采工作面顶板破碎,严重影响工作面掘进回撤通道期间的支护质量和回采结束后支架的回撤速度。以2119综采工作面为工程背景,介绍了在破碎顶板条件下,采用恒阻让压锚索支护技术和顶板预裂技术,改善了支架回撤过程中预留回撤通道顶板的安全状况和工作条件,并确定了恒阻让压锚索支护长度11.3m,切顶高度为11m,切顶角度为20°,双向预裂切顶“3+3+2+2+2+1”式装药爆破|最后通过现场监测表明,回撤通道在工作面回撤过程中顶底板移近量为445mm,恒阻让压锚索应力值最终稳定在288kN,回撤通道变形较小,未出现压架事故,实现了综采工作面支架安全快速顺利回撤,为其他类似地质条件下预留回撤通道工作面支架安全快速回撤提供了一定的参考。

Abstract: Abstract: The roof of No. 2119 panel is broken in Fanjiacun coal mine. It will influence the quality of the support during the formation of the withdrawal gateway and the rate of hydraulic support retracement after the end of the mining. This paper takes 2119 panel as an example to introduce the use of constant resistance and pressure relief anchor cable support technology and roof pre-split technology under the condition of broken roof, which improves the safety of the roof of the reserved withdrawal gateway and working conditions during the process of hydraulic support retracement. The length of the constant resistance and pressure relief anchor cable support is determined to be 11.3m, the cutting height is 11m, the cutting angle is 20 °, the bidirectional pre-split cutting charge blasting structure is 3 + 3 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1. Finally, the field monitoring shows that: The deformation of the withdrawal gateway roof and floor is 445mm during the withdrawal of the panel. The stress value of the constant resistance and pressure relief anchor cable finally stable at 288KN, the deformation of the withdrawal gateway is small, and there is no support crushing accidents. Achieving safe, rapid and smooth withdrawal of the support in fully mechanized panel. It provides a reference significance for the safe and rapid retracement of the support of the panel with reserved withdrawal gateway in other similar geological conditions.
