煤矿综采液压支架系统污染研究

Research on Pollution of Hydraulic Powered Support System in Coal Mine

摘要: 深入分析了煤矿液压支架系统污染源(系统自身污染、现场环境、配液水质、系统运行)及危害,通过对黄玉川煤矿226上工作面液压支架系统高压过滤装置堵塞进行研究,开展了滤芯整体宏观形貌分析、污染物溶解实验、污染物元素分析和配液水水质分析。研究结果表明:滤芯外部污染物为胶状颗粒和煤粉|内部污染物主要为铁锈、金属残渣、金属试件腐蚀物及少量残留泥沙等|铁、铝和钙元素质量含量分别为74.868%、10.218%和4.581%。

Abstract: Pollution sources of hydraulic powered support in coal mine and their harms were thoroughly analyzed.Through research on blockage of high-pressure filtering apparatus of hydraulic powered support system in Huang Yuchuan coal mine 226 working face, analysis of the macroscopic feature of whole filter core, the elemental analysis and the dissolution of pollution ,and the quality analysis of the water for preparing emulsion were carried out. The results showed that, the outside pollution of filter core were rubber particles and pulverized coals, and the inside mainly were iron rust, metal residues,metal corrosion products and small amount of sediments; mass contents of Fe, Al and Ca were respectively 74.868%,10.218% and 4.581%.
