沁水盆地郑庄区块15#煤L型水平井钻完井关键技术

摘要:

针对沁水盆地郑庄区块15#煤L型水平井钻完过程中常见的井壁不稳定、钻时长、着陆不合格、煤层钻遇率低、三开下套管遇阻等技术难题, 通过现场工程实践, 以郑庄区块ZH-L49-1为例,采取优化井眼轨迹设计、优选钻具组合、优选钻井液配方, 精准着陆控制, 地质导向, 水平段井眼轨迹控制, 精细化通洗井作业等关键技术措施, 有效的解决了郑庄区块15# 煤L 型水平井钻完井技术难题。后期现场应用中, 已顺利完成9口15#煤L 型水平井, 工程质量全部合格。

Abstract: Aiming at the common technical problems such as wellbore instability, slow drilling time, unqualified landing, low drilling encounter rate of coal seam, and resistance to casing running in three openings during the completion of the drilling of the 15# coal L-shaped horizontal well in the ZhengZhuang block of Qinshui Basin , through field engineering practice, taking Zhengzhuang block ZH-L49-1 as an example, adopting Key technical measures such as optimized wellbore trajectory design, optimizing drilling tool assembly, optimizing drilling fluid formula, precise landing control, geosteering, horizontal section well trajectory control, refined well-washing operations have effectively solved the technical problems of drilling and completion of the 15# coal L-shaped horizontal well in ZhengZhuang block. In the later stage, through field application, 9 L-shaped horizontal wells with 15 coal seams have been successfully completed, and the engineering quality is all qualified, which can provide reference for similar projects.
