露天矿巡检机器人设计及严寒环境下电池预热性能研究

Design of inspection robot and Research on battery preheating performance in Open-pit Mine in Alpine Environment

摘要: 为解决严寒环境下露天煤矿带式输送机巡检速度慢、工作环境恶劣、工人劳动强度大等难题,提出适用于露天煤矿带式输送机巡检任务的吊轨式及吊绳式胶带巡检机器人的解决方案,结合严寒环境下露天矿的环境特点,对比分析这两种巡检机器人的安装方式、工作原理、功耗、续航等指标,进而确定其适用范围。由于低温环境对机器人的核心储能单元——锂电池提出了严苛的要求,因此,对电池低温状态的放电性能完成测试,并研究电池组预热保温技术,试验结果表明:预热状态的电池容量、放电电压都有着显著的提升,其中,-20℃的放电容量提升了33.4%,对于保证巡检机器人在严寒环境下的稳定运行具有重要意义。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to solve the problems of slow-speed inspection , bad working environment and high labor intensity of workers of the belt conveyor in the existing severe cold open-pit coal mine, the solutions of rail hanging and rope hanging belt inspection robots suitable for the inspection task of the belt conveyor in the open-pit coal mine are proposed, Combined with the environmental characteristics of the severe cold open-pit coal mine, the installation mode, working principle and power consumption, endurance and other indicators, and then determining its scope of application. Since the low temperature environment puts forward strict requirements for the Lithium battery, the core energy storage unit of the robot, this paper tests the discharge performance of the battery at low temperature and studies the preheating and thermal insulation technology of the battery pack. The test results show that the battery capacity and discharge voltage in the preheating state are significantly improved, among which the discharge capacity at - 20 ℃ is increased by 33.4%, It is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of inspection robot under severe cold conditions.
