摘要: 根据布沼坝露天煤矿五期扩建剥离工作需要和泥灰岩剥离特点,提出新增半连续工艺与原有连续工艺系统的四种配合方式:独立布置,联合布置独立给料,联合布置联合给料和取消连续工艺系统。对四种方式进行了详细的比较,认为半连续工艺投入初期采用联合布置方式较优,卡车—破碎站系统和轮斗挖掘机并联布置,独立向带式输送机运输系统给料;后期取消连续工艺系统,简化泥灰岩剥离工艺系统布置。

Abstract: According to needs of the stripping technology in fifth period extension and the stripping characteristic of marl, Proposing four kinds of matching mode between new and the existing semi-continuous system, are independent distribution, unite arrangement but independent feeding, independent distribution and feeding, and canceling continuous technology system. Comparing these ways, eliciting unite arrangement is superior plan in initial stages of semi-continuous,truck-crushing station system and bucket wheel are arrangement in parallel,are respective feeding. The continuous system is canceled later, it will predigest the stripping technology of marl.
