常乐堡煤矿刀柱式开采煤柱稳定性研究

Research of reamer-pillar stability in Changlebao mine

摘要: 针对常乐堡煤矿刀柱式开采合理采留比留设的问题,通过理论分析,数值模拟和物理模拟研究该矿刀柱式开采条件下煤柱的稳定性。研究结果表明:常乐堡煤矿现用的“采10留8”开采方案不能满足煤柱长期稳定性要求,数值模拟宽度8m的煤柱全部进入塑性破坏,物理模拟实验中同样发生了煤柱群失稳现象|常乐堡煤矿刀柱式开采采宽10.0m时,留宽至少为10m,在“采10留10”的模拟方案下煤柱弹性核区率为50.0%,大于榆阳地区现场统计的煤柱长期稳定性31%的弹性核区率,煤柱应力分布呈平缓的马鞍形,可以保持长期稳定。

Abstract: Based on Chang Lebao coal mining reasonable mining size under reamer-pillar coal mining, this paper studies pillar stability by theoretical analysis、numerical simulation and physical simulation. The results show: The existing “mining 10 leave 8” coal mining of Chang Lebao can not guarantee the permanent stability of pillar, The leaving pillar all enters plastic failure under numerical simulation, all leaving pillars occur group instability under physical simulation. When the mining width is 10 meter under reamer-pillar coal mining of Chang Lebao, the leaving width at least is 10 meter. The pillar elastic nuclear area rate is 50.0% under the “mining 10 leave 10” mining method in numerical simulation. This result exceed the 31% of field statistics pillar permanent stability about pillar elastic nuclear area rate in Yu Yang area. The stress distribution of coal-pillar presents gently saddle type. The design scheme can guarantee the permanent stability of pillar and provide reference for the wester mines to protect water resources.
