主焦煤矿防水闸墙设计方案研究

Research on the Design Scheme of Waterproof Gate Wall in Main Coking Coal Mine

摘要:

为了隔绝相邻煤矿积水涌入, 结合主焦煤矿原防水闸墙布置及围岩特征, 提出两种防水闸墙加固施工方案, 并运用数值模拟分析了两方案防水闸墙应力分布以及位移变形, 从以往工程、施工安全性和成本控制等多角度对施工方案进行优选, 确定采用在原闸墙基础上加固施工新闸墙并与原闸墙形成新整体的方案。提出了加固施工的施工关键点及施工工艺, 避免了拆除原闸墙所带来的费用以及围岩破坏的问题。现场应用实践表明, 防水闸墙的加固效果明显, 有效隔绝了相邻矿井老空水涌入, 为相似条件下的防水闸墙加固施工提供了参考。

Abstract:

In order to isolate the influx of water from adjacent coal mines, combined with the original waterproof gate wall layout and surrounding rock characteristics of the main coking coal mine, two waterproof gate wall reinforcement construction schemes are proposed, and the stress distribution and displacement deformation of the two waterproof gate walls are analyzed by numerical simulation. Optimized the construction plan from the perspectives of history, construction safety, and cost control, and decided to adopt the plan of strengthening the construction of the new gate wall based on the original gate wall and forming a new whole with the original gate wall. The key points and construction techniques of reinforcement construction are put forward, which avoids the cost of dismantling the original gate wall and the problems of surrounding rock damage. Field application practice shows that the reinforcement effect of the waterproof gate wall is obvious, which effectively isolates the influx of old empty water from adjacent mines, and provides a reference for the waterproof gate wall reinforcement construction under similar conditions.
