安家岭煤矿爆破振速预测与安全允许距离研究

Research on Blasting Vibration Velocity Prediction and Safety Allowable Distance in Anjialing Coal Mine

摘要:

安家岭露天煤矿东帮工作面面临靠近开采边界的问题, 为了掌握爆破振动传播规律以及对周围建筑物的影响, 采用TC-4850爆破测振仪进行监测。对监测数据采用线性回归分析方法,计算出K 和α值, 得到了质点峰值振速的衰减规律公式, 并通过预测值与实测值进行比较, 验证了公式的可靠性。通过引入安全保证系数并结合《爆破安全规程》中对一般民用建筑的振速允许值计算安全允许距离, 得出三方向安全允许距离与最大单段药量的关系分别为Rx = 28.484Q1/3, Ry =27.513Q1/3, Rz =27.791Q1/3

Abstract:

The east side of the Anjialing Open-pit Coal Mine is facing the problem of approaching the mining boundary. In order to master the propagation law of blasting vibration and its influence on surrounding buildings, TC-4850 blasting vibration meter is used for monitoring. The linear regression analysis method is used to calculate the values of K and α, and the formula of attenuation law of particle peak vibration velocity is obtained. The reliability of the formula is verified by comparing the predicted value with the measured value. By introducing the safety guarantee coefficient and combining with the allowable value of vibration velocity of general civil buildings in Blasting Safety Regulations, the safety allowable distance is calculated, and the relationship between the safety allowable distance in three directions and the maximum single stage charge is obtained as Rx=28.484Q1/3, Ry=27.513Q1/3, Rz=27.791Q1/3, respectively, which provides a reference for the blasting parameter design of Anjialing coal mine.
