不同强度煤岩组合体单轴加载破坏特征研究

Study on failure characteristics of coal-rock combination with different strength under uniaxial loading

摘要:

强弱耦合防突技术是一种以水力冲孔弱化吸能与注浆加固强化抵抗协同控制防止煤与瓦斯突出的有效方法, 为了研究不同强度组合强弱耦合结构的力学特性, 对9种强度组合的煤岩组合体试样进行了MTS 单轴力学加载实验, 利用声发射监测系统进行了加载过程监测。结果表明: 岩体强度的增加能够有效提升煤岩组合体整体承载能力, 提升强化区抵抗残余能量的能力; 煤体强度增加能有效降低试样整体形变量, 缩短压密阶段持续时间, 降低煤体部分破碎程度。研究结果对强弱耦合防突技术优化设计方案具有重要意义。

Abstract:

The strong-weak coupling outburst prevention technology is an effective method to prevent coal and gas outburst by using hydraulic punching to weaken energy absorption and grouting to strengthen resistance. In order to study the mechanical characteristics of strong-weak coupling structures with different strength combinations, MTS uniaxial mechanical loading experiments were carried out on 9 coal-rock combination samples with different strength combinations, and the loading process was monitored using acoustic emission monitoring system. The results show that the increase of rock mass strength can effectively enhance the overall bearing capacity of coal rock combination, and enhance the ability of strengthening area to resist residual energy; The increase of coal strength can effectively reduce the overall deformation of the sample, shorten the duration of the compaction stage, and reduce the degree of partial coal fragmentation. The research results are of great significance to the optimization design scheme of strong-weak coupling anti outburst technology.
