煤矿井下定向钻进螺杆钻具力学分析

摘要:

单弯螺杆钻具是实现煤矿井下近水平定向钻进的重要工具之一。本文采用纵横弯曲法对煤矿井下单弯螺杆钻具进行受力和变形分析,阐述了变斜力和变方位力与钻压、第一跨梁长度、钻孔曲率、结构弯角及工具面向角等因素的关系。此外,通过对螺杆钻具的扭矩、轴向荷载和离心力的分析,有助于全面了解螺杆钻具的工作状况,对正确使用和维护钻具、保证定向钻进施工的顺利进行具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Single bend screw drill tool is one of the important tools for implementation of horizontal directional drilling in coal mine. This paper analyses the stress and deformation of the single bend screw drill tool through the beam-column theory, and elucidates the relationships among changing dip force and changing azimuth force with bit pressure, the length of first beam, curvature radius of the borehole, bend angle, tool face angle and so on. According to the analysis of torque, axial load and centrifugal force, it is helpful to understand the working state of screw drill tool; and it is important for correct use, maintenance and successful directional drilling.
