基于层次分析法的矿工不安全行为后果严重程度研究

Study on Consequence Severity of Miners' Unsafe Behavior Based on AHP

摘要:

为了有针对性地防控矿工不安全行为,笔者将煤矿井下常见的不安全行为进行分类,确定了由7个一级因素21个二级因素构建的矿工不安全行为后果严重程度层次分析法(AHP)模型,利用MATLAB软件计算得出各因素的权重排序,确定了各类不安全行为后果的严重程度。结果表明:一通三防方面的不安全行为所导致的后果最为严重,机电检修、掘进作业、爆破作业和综采作业方面的不安全行为所导致的后果较为严重,而辅助运输和皮带运输方面的不安全行为所导致的后果严重程度较轻。

Abstract:

In order to prevent and control coal miners' unsafe behavior with pertinency, common unsafe behaviors of coal mine was classified, a model of consequence severity of miners' unsafe behavior on AHP which is constructed by seven first-order factors and twenty-one second-order factors was determined. The weight of various factors was computed by MATLAB, and consequence severity of various unsafe behavior was determined. The results showed that the consequence of unsafe behavior in “one ventilation and three preventions” was the most serious, in electromechanical maintenance, driving working, blasting working and fully-mechanized mining was relatively serious, in auxiliary transportation and belt conveying was slighter.
