基于以太网的煤矿井下电网防越级跳闸研究

Research on Preventing Over-grade Trip in Power Grid of Coal Mine Underground based on Ethernet

摘要:

针对目前煤矿井下供电系统防越级跳闸方案存在难以满足速动性要求的问题,提出了一种基于交换式以太网的防越级跳闸方案。文章分析了保护系统的工作原理,设计了一套智能联锁装置,通过收发连锁信号对各级保护设置不同的闭锁时间而实现保护的选择性,最后对以太网进行实时性仿真实验,验证了网络的稳定性、可靠性和实时性。该方案可有效地防止越级跳闸事故发生,确保煤矿井下供电系统安全运行。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that schemes of preventing over-grade trip can not satisfy the requirement of speed, this paper proposes a scheme of preventing over-grade trip based on switched Ethernet. This paper analyzes the working principle of the protection system, designed an intelligent interlock device. The selectivity of the protection is achieved by sending and receiving interlock signal setting different blocking time of protection at various levels. Finally, the Ethernet is simulated to validate its stability, reliability and real-time performance. The scheme can effectively prevent the occurrence of over-grade trip, to ensure the safe operation of coal mine power supply system.
