厚煤层大断面巷道锚网索喷支护技术研究与应用

Study and Application of Bolt-Steel Mesh-Anchor Combined Support Technology in Mass Cross-Section Lane with Compound Roof

摘要: 针对王家岭煤矿大断面回风大巷(6.5m×5.25m)的特点,采用理论分析和数值计算的方法确定了巷道顶板锚杆、锚索间排距分别为900mm×900mm和1600mm×1800mm 的支护参数;对巷道围岩变形的监测结果表明:距掘进工作面0~55m范围内顶底板移近量最大为117mm,两帮移近量最大为105mm;55~100m范围内顶底板移近量不超过5mm,两帮移近量不超过4mm;100m以外,巷道变形量基本不再增加;较好地控制了巷道围岩变形。

Abstract: According to the features of the return roadway with a large section(6.5m×5.25m)and compound roof in Wang Jia-ling coal mine, combined the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, determined the support parameters of bolt and anchor with the inter-array spacing 900mm×900mm and 1600mm×1800mm; the monitoring result shows that: in the distance 0~50m from the heading face to the measurement points, and the largest convergence between the roof and floor is 117mm, the largest convergence of laneway's side is 105mm; in the range of 50 ~100m, the convergence of roof and floor no more than 5mm, the convergence of laneway's side is no more than 4mm; over 100m, the deformation of roadway almost no increase; have a good control to the roadway deformation, could be the references to the mine which has the similar conditions.
