高地应力巷道底鼓影响因素及支护对策研究

摘要: 针对新庄矿巷道埋深大、地应力高的特点,提出了巷道围岩“锚索束+注浆加固”支护理念,并应用FLAC3D数值模拟对三种不同支护形式下的巷道底鼓影响因素进行分析研究。研究结果表明:高地应力巷道支护过程中,应加强支护两帮角的薄弱环节;巷道随着底板支护强度的增强,浅部围岩应力分布更加均匀,两帮角应力集中现象越弱,底板深部围岩应力向巷道底板浅部围岩转移能力就越低;“锚索束+注浆加固”支护方式不仅有效减小了底鼓量,又很好的解决了巷道片帮、顶板冒落等难题,同时与原支护状态相比顶底板变形量降幅分别达到85.5%和92.7%,说明了此种支护方式的可行性与优越性。

Abstract: Aiming at the roadway characteristic of large buried depth and high ground stress in xin zhuang mine, the concept of anchor supporting and grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock of roadway was put forward and the FLAC3D numerical simulation was used to study the influence factors of roadway stability in three different supporting form in the article. The results show that the weak link with high ground stress should be avoided in the process of roadway support. With the increase of floor support strength, the shallow surrounding rock stress distribution of roadway is more uniform, the stress concentration phenomenon in roadway's two angle is weaker, the ability of transferring surrounding rock stress of roadway floor from the deep to the shallow is lower. The supporting form of anchor beam and grouting reinforcement not only effectively reduces amount of floor heave but also solves the problems of roadway collapse and roof caving very well. The results show that the deformation of roof and floor reduces 85.5% and 92.7% respectively in the field and the supporting form has obvious feasibility and superiority.
