松软破碎煤层巷道掘进与支护工艺技术研究

摘要: 针对陈四楼煤矿十六采区辅助轨道巷掘进中巷道顶板及煤体松软破碎,常用的掘进工艺与支护方案不能满足正常施工等问题,提出了短掘短支施工技术,借助掘进机超前支护,并优化支护设计,通过矿压监测结果表明,该支护效果显著,可为松软破碎煤层巷道的掘进与支护提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract: Based on the Chen Silou mine 16 mining auxiliary lane tunneling along the fault, and soft coal roadway roof and broken, can't normal construction of tunneling technology and supporting plan, after searching technology innovation, short dig short branch technology from practice, optimizing the construction organization, eliminate the safety hidden trouble,Through the observation of roof abscission layer, effect is remarkable. For soft and broken coal seam of the mine roadway excavation and supporting provides a new train of thought.
