冲沟地貌间隔式煤柱下应力分布规律的研究

Study on the Stress Distribution of the Interval Coal Pillar under Gully Landform

摘要: 以陕西南梁煤矿间隔式采煤方法回采浅埋冲沟地貌下极近距离煤层上组煤为研究背景,采用理论、数值计算方法分析上组煤遗留间隔式煤柱对下组煤顶板中应力分布规律的影响。运用RFPA数值软件模拟上组煤层开采,分析间隔式煤柱弹性核区应力分布规律,结合弹性力学半平面无限体理论与工作面顶、底板岩性、回采工艺参数等,分析间隔式煤柱下底板中应力分布规律,同时统计并分析了组合煤柱个数对应力分布影响。

Abstract: Based on mining upper seam of shallow buried ultra-close coal seam group with gully landform using interval mining method in Nanliang mine, this paper studies the effect of interval pillars remained in upper coal seams on stress distribution law of lower seams with the combining method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The software RFPA was used to simulate upper seam mining and analyzed stress distribution law of elastic core of pillars in combination with theory of half infinite plane、lithology of roof and floor and mining technology parameters in workface. The stress distribution laws of interval pillars were analyzed. At the same time, the influence of the number of combined coal pillar on stress distribution is analyzed.
