复杂矿井绿色安全开采体系设计探讨

摘要: 信湖矿井为淮北矿区首个千米新井,开采技术条件极其复杂,因此科学先进的设计定位是确保其绿色、安全开采的关键。设计在研究现有资料的基础上,分析了煤矿建设与开采对职工健康和生命的威胁,以及排放的“三废”、共伴生资源是否利用、高能耗、岩层移动对生态环境的破坏|据此从设计源头把关,建立了绿色安全开采体系,包括回风乏热利用、煤与瓦斯共采、矿山环境恢复与治理、节能减排和围岩综合控制等关键技术,力争把信湖矿井建设为节能环保的安全高效现代化矿井。

Abstract: Coal industry in China is extensive development model, the disadvantages such as high risk, high energy consumption and low environmental protection have a certain impact on the human environment and ecological environment, therefore, under the new situation, how to develop the coal industry in a healthy and orderly way are the facing major problems of Coal enterprises. In this paper, Xinhu which is the first km deep coal mine in Huaibei mining area as the object, based on the existing data, analysis the threats to the health and life of workers in coal mine construction and mining, and the destruction of the "three wastes" emissions, utilization of associated resources, high energy consumption, strata movement to the ecological environment. Therefore, we control the design source, puts forward the green and safety mining system, and the key technologies, such as technology of the exhaust heat utilization from return air, technology of coal and gas simultaneous extraction, technology of mine environment restoration and control, technology of energy saving and emission reduction, and comprehensive control technology of surrounding rock, strive to build Xinhu coal mine for energy saving, environmental protection, safety and efficient modern mine.
