不规则综采工作面缩面开采技术应用

摘要: 针对煤矿井下在边角余煤及地质条件复杂区域内工作面不规则布置越来越多的现状,在济宁三号煤矿53下 08工作面通过主运输巷“S”区段时,采用了“边采边缩”开采技术,通过合理的生产控制措施,实现了工作面边生产边缩面,解决了不规则工作面缩面停采影响。实践表明:采用“边采边缩”工艺,简化缩面工序,缩短工期,减少材料投入,取得了较好的经济效益,可为以后的综采工作面缩面开采方式选择提供借鉴经验。

Abstract: According to the status of more and more abnormal coal mining face layout in the boundary corner seam and the geological condition complicated area,during the 53next08 fully mechanized coal mining face through the tape transport lane "S" section, a trail of mining and shortening method was conducted ,With the rational production control organized,production and shrinkage was achieved, which solved the influence of irregular surface shrinkage. The Practice showed that the fully mechanized coal mining face with the face width shortening mining,Adopts mining and shortening method, simplify the process of shrinking face, shorten the construction period, reduce material investment, and has achieved good economic benefits.The practices could provide the reference to the selection of the face width shortening mining mode for the fully mechanized coal mining face.
