井下净水站过滤装置液压系统设计与建模仿真研究

Design and Simulation of underground water treatment plant filtration device hydraulic system

摘要: 对煤矿井下净水站过滤装置进行了研究,介绍了过滤装置结构组成。设计了能使四级过滤装置在不断供水的情况下,实现正向与反向冲洗的液压系统|设计了能使液压马达在缝隙式过滤器和纤维滤料L、R罐冲洗时提供合适转速的液压油路系统。利用AMEsim软件,对所设计的液压系统和液压油路系统进行建模仿真,分析了纤维滤料L、R罐和折叠式过滤器的流量-时间曲线,分析了液压马达转速-时间曲线,结果表明,所设计的液压系统和液压油路系统满足使用要求。

Abstract: Abstract: the coal mine water treatment plant filtration device was studied and introduced the structure of filter device. The four stage filtration device was designed to achieve the hydraulic system of forward and reverse flushing in continuous water supply condition; the hydraulic motor was provided in the appropriate speed to gap filter and fiber filter L, R washing tank in hydraulic system. AMEsim software was used to simulate the design of hydraulic system and hydraulic oil system, analysised of fiber filter tank L、R and folding filter flow-time curve, analysised of hydraulic motor speed-time curve; obtained the conclusion: the design of the hydraulic system and hydraulic oil system meet the requirements of using.
