煤巷智能快速掘进技术发展现状与关键技术

Development Status and Key Technology of Intelligent Mine Seam Gateway Rapid Driving Technology

摘要: 针对煤矿机械化采掘失调矛盾比较突出的问题,研究了煤巷快速掘进技术和类型。在阐述快速掘进技术发展形式的基础上,指出了传统掘进技术存在的问题。回顾了快速掘进系统智能化研究的国内外发展状况,探讨了智能快速掘进技术的关键技术和发展趋势。神东高效快速掘进系统的成功实践表明,掘进技术与装备的成套化、系统化、智能化的发展思路是正确的,指明了掘进工艺与设备由掘支运“三位一体”向掘支运辅“四位一体”的发展方向。

Abstract: According to the mining and driving mechanized percentage imbalance contradiction occurred in the coal mine,the paper studied the seam gateway rapid driving technology and mode.Basted on the station of the rapid driving technology development,the paper pointed out the problems of traditional rapid driving technology.The paper reviewed the development and present status of the intelligent rapid driving technology research in China and brand,and discussed the key technology and development tendency of intelligent mine seam gateway rapid driving technology.The successful practice of efficient and rapid driving system in Shendong showed that the development ideas of matching,systematic,intelligent driving technology and equipment was correct,meanwhlie,the development prospects of the driving technology and equipment from the driving,support and transportation integration to the driving,support,transportation and auxiliary integration was put forward.
