急倾斜坚硬顶板工作面超深孔预裂爆破技术研究

Research of super-deep hole presplitting blasting technology on steep working face with hard roof

摘要: 为了改善急倾斜工作面大面积悬顶引起的安全问题,基于新疆二一三零煤矿26221工作面,分析了采面顶板与巷道围岩压力异常增大、冒顶片帮事故频发、工作面发生滑架倒架事故的现象,重点研究了急倾斜工作面坚硬顶板管理的思路和原理,确定了超深孔超前预裂爆破技术的主要方案和参数。实际施工中运输巷老顶切断孔最大长度95m,工作面矿压活动规律及顶板垮落效果表明该方案安全可靠。

Abstract: Abstract: To improve a series of safety questions caused by large areas of hanging arch on steep working face, the paper was based on 26221 face of 2130 coal mine in Xinjiang Province, problems such as abnormal increase pressure of mining face roof and roadway surrounding rocks, roof falling and rib spalling accidents occurred frequently, hydraulic support slipping and falling on working face were studied, thinking and principle of hard roof control on steep working face was mainly analyzed, main program of super-deep hole’s advanced presplitting blasting was determined. The maximum length of the hole in transportation tunnel was 95m, strata pressure action law and roof caving effect showed the program was safe and reliable.
