基于CRITIC-TOPSIS模型的轮斗连续工艺能力有效性综合评价体系

摘要: 轮斗连续工艺系统作为构建智慧化露天矿山的重要工艺组成,其实际能力有效性评价是其发展的核心。本文通过分析研究影响轮斗连续工艺系统能力有效性的各类影响因素,构建了轮斗连续系统实际能力的评价体系;采用CRITIC法赋予各因素指标的;在此基础上,提出了一种新的基于离散型逼近理想解排序法TOPSIS的轮斗连续工艺系统综合评价法进行综合评价;通过扎哈淖尔露天煤矿项目的实际应用,检验了该法的有效性、客观性及实用性。 本文提出的轮斗连续工艺能力有效性综合评价模型能够客观地反映评价指标之间的相互关联,是在指标权重确定与轮斗连续工艺有效性综合评价方面的有益探索,其评价机制更加符合实际,评价结果更为直观、准确,对提高轮斗连续工艺有效性具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: As an important technological component in the construction of intelligent open-pit mine, the wheel and bucket continuous process system is the core of its development. In this paper, the evaluation system of the actual capacity of the wheel bucket continuous process system is established by analyzing and studying the various influencing factors of the effectiveness of the wheel bucket continuous process system capacity. Using the CRITIC method to assign indicators to each factor; On this basis, a new comprehensive evaluation method of continuous process system based on TOPSIS of discrete approximate ideal solution was proposed. The effectiveness, objectivity and practicability of this method are tested through the practical application of ZhaHanur open-pit coal mine project. Continuous process capability is put forward in this paper the wheel bucket effectiveness evaluation model can objectively reflect the correlation between the evaluation index, is in determining index weight and round in the continuous process effectiveness evaluation on the beneficial exploration and its evaluation mechanism more in line with the actual, the evaluation results more intuitive and accurate, and to improve the wheel bucket has an important guiding significance to the continuous process effectiveness.
