诱导抑尘技术在露天煤矿一级破碎站的应用研究

Application of Micro-power Induced Dust Suppression Technology for First-level Crushing Station Hopper in Open-pit Coal Mine

摘要: :针对露天煤矿一级破碎站粉尘污染严重的现状,为解决现有粉尘防治技术中存在的投资高、能耗大、抑尘效果差等问题,基于微动力诱导抑尘机理,研发了一种露天矿一级破碎站受料斗微动力诱导抑尘罩,并开展了实验室和工业性试验。该抑尘罩结构简单,由罩体、一级降尘层、二级降尘层和振动装置构成,卸料过程诱导的污浊空气经过两次自降尘。试验结果表明,粉尘浓度显著降低,生产环境得到明显改善。

Abstract: In view of the serious dust pollution in the first-level crushing station of open-pit coal mines, in order to solve the problems of high investment, large energy consumption and poor dust suppression effect in the existing dust control technology, a micro-power induced dust suppression hood for first-level crushing station hopper of open-pit mine was developed based on micro-power induced dust suppression mechanism, and a field application test was conducted. This dust suppression hood has simple structure, is composed of a cover body, a first level dust layer, a second level dust layer and a vibration device. Thus, the air discharged from the hood has passed through two times of dust reduction, the dust concentration has been significantly reduced. It has a good prospect of popularization and application by vigorously improving the production environment.
