采动下深部高应力巷道围岩变形特征分析及支护对策

Deformation Characteristics Analysis and Support Countermeasures of Surrounding Rock in Deep High Stress Roadway Under Mining

摘要: 井巷工程是开采深部资源的咽喉工程,是连接地表和地下空间的物流通道。深部高应力巷道由于受到周围采空区、煤柱以及回采工作面的影响,往往处于极复杂的应力状态,呈现出各种变形破坏特征。以曲江煤矿-850m西大巷为研究对象,通过现场调研、锚杆锚索受力监测、围岩变形监测等分析回采期间巷道的变形破坏形态,将采动下深部高应力巷道围岩变形破坏分为后方持续(高压)变形区和前方扰动(动压)变形区;依据采动下不同区的破坏形态,提出在后方持续(高压)变形区实施“三锚”联合支护技术,前方扰动(动压)变形区实施抗让结合的支护理念。通过对修复段的观察分析表明所确定的分区联合支护方案是合理、有效的能确保采动下深部高应力巷道长期稳定。

Abstract: The roadway engineering is the throat engineering of mining deep resources, and it is the logistics channel connecting the surface and underground space. Due to the influence of surrounding goaf, coal pillar and mining face, deep high stress roadway is often in a very complex stress state, showing various special failure characteristics. Taking the -850 m west roadway of Qujiang Coal Mine as the research object, the deformation and failure modes of roadway during mining are analyzed through field investigation, stress monitoring of bolt and anchor cable and deformation monitoring of surrounding rock. The deformation and failure of surrounding rock in deep high stress roadway under mining are divided into rear continuous ( high pressure ) deformation zone and front disturbance ( dynamic pressure ) deformation zone. According to the failure modes of different zones under mining, it is proposed to implement the ' three anchors ' combined support technology in the rear continuous ( high pressure ) deformation zone, and the support concept of combining resistance and yield in the front disturbed ( dynamic pressure ) deformation zone. The observation and analysis of the repair section show that the determined partition combined support scheme is reasonable and effective to ensure the long-term stability of deep high stress roadway under mining.
