High-quality development tactics for coal enterprises based on comprehensive risk management

摘要: 以我国推进经济高质量发展为背景,从“三大攻坚战”的首要任务是防范和化解重大风险出发,探讨以全面风险管理推进煤炭企业高质量发展策略。参考国内外全面风险管理框架,以某国有煤炭企业为例,设计重大风险评估调查问卷,涵盖15个初始风险事项,经调查公司管理层及职能部门,以风险值大小排序,确定了企业全面风险管理框架,包括宏观维度有宏观经济风险、市场风险、环保风险等,微观维度有战略风险、安全生产风险、财务风险、营销风险等。针对以上风险事项分别识别风险源,并给出相应的风险管控策略。

Abstract: Taking China's promotion of high-quality economic development as the background, starting from the “three major challenges” priority is to prevent and resolve major risks, and to explore the tactics of promoting the high-quality development of coal enterprises with comprehensive risk management. With reference to the comprehensive risk management framework at home and abroad, a comprehensive risk management framework for coal companies is constructed, including macroeconomic risks, market risks, and environmental risks. The micro dimensions include strategic risks, safety production risks, financial risks, and marketing risks. The authors Identify risk sources separately for the above risk issues and provide corresponding risk management and control tactics.
